Upgrading & Downgrading

Pidoco offers various subscription plans, depending on how many active projects you need.

Upgrading your plan

To upgrade your plan you must be logged in. Go to the account management section by clicking on your email address. Then open the "My Accounts" page. There you will find all accounts you are linked to. For all accounts with a subscription plan, of which you are the owner or an administrator, you will see an option to perform an upgrade. Click the "Upgrade" button for the desired account. This will open a pop-up with all available upgrade options. Click on the desired plan to continue to the checkout and follow the instructions. If you haven't purchase a plan yet, you will see a "Buy" button instead.

Downgrading your plan

To downgrade your plan you need to unsubscribe from your current plan and then buy a new plan. To do so, log in and go to the account management section by clicking on your email address. Then open the "My Accounts" page. There you will find all accounts you are linked to. For all accounts with a paid subscription plan, of which you are the owner or an administrator, you will see an option to unsubscribe from the current plan. Click the "Unsubscribe" button and confirm to end the subscription. Your old plan may still be valid for a certain period of time, during which you will still be able to continue using Pidoco. Once the old plan ends, you can purchase a smaller plan.
